Due to the customization of each order all sales are final. No refunds can be given. If you receive an item and are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Custom items require open communication to ensure your item is created correctly the 1st time. Please be mindful of frequently checking your phone (email or text) for images on the progression of your order.
The customer is responsible for shipping on all items. If you would like an item you already own to be Touched with Style you are responsible for shipping both ways for the item. If you are ordering a item from another online retailer that you would like Touched with Style you may send it directly to us to avoid shipping your item three times. Please email us in advance to inform us of the arrival of your item, as well as discuss how you would like it customized.
